The partnership will create two luxury hotels, a Nobu restaurant, and Nobu-branded residences in two SODIC projects – one in Cairo’s New Zayed area and another on the North Coast. The Nobu Hotel and Residences on the North Coast will occupy 440 acres of stunning beachfront land overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The project will be situated in the Ras El Hikma area, known for its clear waters and sandy beaches, and will be one of the most sought-after luxury destinations in the region. The North Coast project will capture the stylish and vibrant atmosphere of the Nobu brand’s resort projects and will operate seasonally from May through October.
