Turtles beach Resort is a new beach-front resort in Al Ahyaa, with a beautiful pool area and its own private beach for residents only.

The project has 2 main buildings of apartments built to a luxury standard and with well-kept common areas.

Facilities include a large swimming pool (in the shape of a turtle), kids pool, lifts, security & landscaped gardens.

Although the resort is still in construction, the five-stories residential project has been finished in phase one and phase two.

We are now in the third of four phases. The units are studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
